Niramaya as a Sanskrit word, has many meanings, what we mean is: “becoming free of diseases” or “one who is free from affliction”.
Healing as a form of complementary and alternative medicine based on the belief that vital energy flows through the human body. The goal of energy healing is to balance the energy flow in the patient. It is used to reduce stress and anxiety and promote wellbeing.
Art is the energy that sees a thing as it is, by seeing it more as it is. Always in energy we have the idea of more: energy is more than stillness, more than leaving a thing as it is at any one time. So, in art as energy there are changes that become care, there is a power that is good will.
Niramaya Healing Arts is the possibility to become free of aliments using our human ability to see things as they are and restore the balance in our life.
In Niramaya Healing Arts we believe in development of awareness as the key to a healthy life. It’s our mission to light up the healing abilities of body, mind, and soul for all our clients and community.
Yoga teacher (RYT 500) and Yoga therapist since December 2012, after using yoga as a fitness source for many years, she had to learn the medical advantages of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation as healing tools. While she walked her own healing path, she started to accompany other souls that were suffering from physical, mental, or emotional pain; also extended her healing abilities to the energy level, learning Pranic Healing (physical, psychological, crystal, safety, modeling, business), ancient yoga massage (traditional Thai yoga), and develop the ability of a healing touch that she uses in all her services.
“From digestive imbalances, sciatica pain, anxiety, burning skin, knee and back pain, depression, low libido, and many other symptoms I have overcome to become Niramaya. Thanks to yoga and awareness of the self, I have been able to learn and understand what is to be an energy being in a human experience and be able to enjoy the ride”.

I started my sessions with Beatrice after a problem with a pinched nerve that was causing a constant pins and needles sensation in my left arm. My doctor had mentioned I would need surgery to correct the problem at that point I looked for an alternative solution and then I was introduced to Beatrice. We started our sessions and with in a month or so she had cured me! No pain no sensation as per.

I suffered from chronic tendinitis followed by a pretty bad fall on my elbow for over a year.
I truely missed moving my body and my old active lifestyle. I had always been into yoga fitness in the past and had been told by a friend about a girl living here in San José that teaches a therapeutic form of yoga that works specifically with chronic cases. I participated in a class and decided to try some personal classes designed to treat my specific injury.
After just one personal I was hooked!
After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, they recommended me to do yoga, but I didn't like it because other times I tried it and I ended the classes with much more pain than when I started.
But thanks to Bk, with the personalized classes, it helped me to control my emotions much more, as well as my thoughts to learn not to take them to the physical and to carry out exercises and different types of breathing that were consistent with the mobility that my body had every day.
Betty, you have been a light on my way!! Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and helping me recover from my former problem with my sciatic nerve, you have been magnificent in the way you take me by the hand to regain confidence, elasticity, peace and gain general health for my body, mind and soul.

She first took a month daily class and her mobility improve so much that she committed for three times a week therapy since then.
