1. Yoga helps with back pain. Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain. The American College of Physicians recommends yoga as a first line treatment for chronic low back pain.
2. Yoga can ease arthritis symptoms. Gentle yoga has been shown to ease some of the discomfort of tender, swollen joints for people with arthritis.
3. Yoga relaxes you, to help you sleep better. Research shows that consistent bedtime yoga routine can help you get in the right mindset and prepare your body to fall sleep and stay sleep.
4. Yoga helps you manage stress. According to the National Institute of Health, scientific evidence show that yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss and quality sleep.
The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome, among others, you can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.
Meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being. Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.

Take your sequence home, use of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and awareness, for healing body, mind, and soul. Excellent for pregnancy, back (neck, waist, lower back), hips, knees, rehabilitation, arthritis, and nervous system (anxiety, anger, depression). 90 min (one time)

Walk together with your therapist, each session is tailored to improve and develop health, mobility, and pain free lifestyle. 50 min (as many sessions as are required)
Ayurveda assessment.
Learn your dosha type, what to eat and how to tailor the ayurveda daily habits to improve, restore and enjoy your whole self. 50 min (two sessions)
